DescriptionAnother interactive shooting game that takes place in the Old West. Confront the murderous Mad Dog McCree and his gang of outlaws again in your quest to find the Spanish treasure and return it to the mission with either The Professor, Shooting Beaver or Buckskin Bonnie as your guide.Know anything more about this game? Game PlayWARNING: THIS SECTION CONTAINS SERIOUS SPOILERS!The object of this game is to find the Spanish treasure of lost gold that is hidden in a cave in the mountains, return it to the mission and recieve a reward for it. Throughout the game, you must shoot the outlaws before they shoot you, being careful not to shoot any innocent by-standers. At the beginning, you are given a target practice session to shoot dynamite, a cow skull and a sign. Afterwards, a dying prospector will give you half of the map to the treasure and inform you that the mission padre has the other half. You must then go to town where you will have to fight against attacking outlaws. When you reach the mission, shoot the outlaw disguised as the padre, then, when the real padre appears, hold your fire. After the padre gives you the other half of the map, you will be able to choose one of three guides: The Professor, a British card shark; Shooting Beaver, an Indian scout; or Buckskin Bonnie, a woman ranger. Depending on which guide you chose, you will be facing one of three gangs on your quest, either Mad Dog's Men, The Renegades or The Bandidos. During the journey, you must protect your guide from certain attacks. Occasionally, you will be challenged to a showdown between a certain number of battlefields. Later, your guide will tell you that the treasure will be lost unless you shoot one of the objects at the gatling gun. When you reach the gatling gun, you must remember the object your guide told you to shoot; either the moonshine, the ammunition box, the lantern or the dynamite. After that, when making it past a few more battlefields, the guide will leave you on your own to find the treasure. Once you have made it to the caves, you must shoot the cow skull, where ever it appears, to find the treasure chest and return it to the mission. As you fight your way back to the mission, more of the outlaws will attempt to take the treasure from you. Before you can get the treasure into the mission, you must challenge Mad Dog to a final showdown where you must shoot him directly in the head twice to take him down. However, sometimes you will not always bring back the right treasure chest to the mission, since the chest will have either sand or rocks in it instead of the gold. If this happens, you will have to start all over again , choose another guide and continue the quest once or twice more until you bring back the right treasure chest containing the gold. Scarcity in collections (VAPS.org)Uncommon - There are 8 known instances of this game owned by one of our 900 members. Of these, 2 of them are original dedicated machines, 0 of them are conversions in which game circuit boards have been placed in another game cabinet, and 6 of them are only circuit boards which a collector could put into a generic case if desired.Of the 42,694 video games (3,154 unique) tracked by the Video Game Preservation Society, this game ranks a 9 on a scale out of 100 (100 = most commonly seen, 1=least common) in popularity based on ownership records. Wanted - There is one VAPS member currently looking for this game. Rarity is NOT necessarily an indication of value. Some common games show up as very rare here because collectors don't want them (they are common because arcade operatos might be sitting on tons of them in warehouses), while some fairly scarce games are grabbed by collectors every time they show up. Additionally, some games made in the last 5 years are still making money for operators and are thus not yet affordable to the typical collector.
