Arkanoid - Revenge Of Doh DescriptionThe player must continue to deflect a ball upwards to eliminate a number of blocks on the screen. Some tiles release special power-ups that upgrade the player's paddle or slow down the ball. After all the blocks have been destroyed, a player may choose one of two screens at the completion of a level.Know anything more about this game? Game IntroductionIn 30 rounds of the total 34, the player can choose either right or left to proceed on to the next round. The path chosen, which varies in difficulty, will be made depending upon where the Vaus (paddle) is located when the last block is destroyed. The fire button is only active when the "L" (laser) power-up has been caught by the Vaus. Rarity is NOT necessarily an indication of value. Some common games show up as very rare here because collectors don't want them (they are common because arcade operators might be sitting on tons of them in warehouses), while some fairly scarce games are grabbed by collectors every time they show up. Additionally, some games made in the last 5 years are still making money for operators and are thus not yet affordable to the typical collector. For a clue to value, compare how many people have this game vs. how many people want this game and then click on the eBay links to help determine an accurate price range. TechnicalThe pulse outputs from the rotary controller are mapped to the left and right inputs on the JAMMA connector. If the paddle moves left when the control is rotated to the right (and vise-versa), swap the two pulse lines around and things should work fine.eBay ListingsClick here to automatically search eBay's Arcade, Jukebox, and Pinball categories for the Arkanoid - Revenge Of Doh Videogame machine and items related to it.Click here to automatically search eBay's Arcade, Jukebox, and Pinball categories for machines and parts made by Taito.
