Description

Players fly around attempting to pick up pods and return them to the central space station. Meanwhile, enemy tugs attempt to steal the pods, and enemy destroyers attempt to destroy the player's ship. Each player has unlimited lives; the game is over when all the pods have been stolen by the enemy.

Cerberus was produced by Cinematronics in 1985.

This game uses the standard Cinemat hardware: a Z80 driving the primary game, and a second Z80 to draw sprites. Sound is generated via an AY-8910 PSG audio chip and a DAC that reads samples from video memory.
