Game Introduction

You have two button choices at the beginning of the game. In both, if your opponent has shoved you up the coin will be used to shove you down one notch. In the one button choice, if you have not been shoved up, as soon as you get a coin it is used to shove up your opponent. In the two button choice, it stays there until you press the second button; unless your opponent shoves you up first. Then it will go towards shoving you back down.
