Street Fighter DescriptionTwo men face off against each other in martial arts matches held on streets in five different countries. The winner of two out of three rounds moves on to the next stage. Game PlayCapcom's first one-on-one fighting game and the original six-buttons-per-player fighting title. Hidden special moves enabled the player, who could use either Ryu (player 1) or Ken (player 2), to throw Hadou-Ken, execute Tatsumaki Senpuu-Kyaku and Shoryuu-Ken. The players could also perform the standard moves that include jumping, standing and crouching along with strong, medium and weak punches and kicks.MiscellaneousThe dedicated versions of the game used special pneumatic controls that were connected directly to the game board via air hoses. Depending upon how hard the control was hit, the game would choose the type of hit the player character would perform.
