Game Introduction

A black and a white plane fly around the screen shooting at each other with shells, the object being to hit your opponent more times than they hit you in the specified time frame. You get a point every time you hit your opponent and vice versa. When hit, your plane spins around and an explosion noise is heard. After a few seconds, the plane recovers then flies off in another random direction ready to fire again.

Trivia

Fun Games released Bi-PLANE which is an almost identical copy of this game.

Cabinet Information

This game has the same style of cabinet as Atari's Dominos. The marquee simply has a picture of the back of a pilot in a cockpit, firing a missile at what looks like an exploding Russian Mig. The monitor bezel is mainly decorated with clouds, with the words 'Jet Fighter' at the top of the bezel above the screen. The side art was silk-screened, in big letters below the picture, a mirror of the marquee picture, but with a few extras.

Conversion

The boardset is apparently very similar to Tank with a few exceptions. The gameplay is a lot like Tank too.
