Three Wonders DescriptionThis title has three different games from varying genres. Midnight Wanderers is a side-scrolling platform game, Chariot is a side-scrolling shooter, and Don't Pull is a maze/block game. All have very colorful graphics.Know anything more about this game? Cabinet InformationThis game was only sold as a kit in the US. The sideart was just the basic red rectangular generic Capcom USA logo sideart with the white lettering. The control panel overlay is black and has icons and power-ups from each of the three games scattered about. The marquee is divided into three sections and shows an artistic drawing of a scene from each of the games.Game IntroductionMidnight Wanderers: This is your basic run-n-jump platform game but the big difference here is the graphics - they are beautiful! You control an elf and run through the levels killing all the bad guys and picking up the power-ups left behind.Chariot: This game is your basic side-scrolling shooter but again, with awesome graphics. You control an elf in a hang-gliding outfit and destroy wave upon wave of enemies and grab the power-ups to increase your weapon strength. Don't Pull: I would classify this as a Pengo clone. You control a rabbit, or a chipmunk if you're player two, who run around a maze pushing blocks into the bad guys to smush them. No elves here! Very colorful and overly cutesy graphics. VAPS Arcade CensusGAMES OWNED, WANTED, or FOR SALE BY MEMBERS OF THE VIDEO ARCADE PRESERVATION SOCIETYCommon - There are 33 known instances of Three Wonders owned by one of our 900 members. Of these, It is an original dedicated machine (not another machine converted with a kit)., and 32 of them are only circuit boards which a collector could put into a generic case if desired. Wanted - We currently do not know of any VAPS members that have gotten around to adding this game to their wish list. The wish-list system is fairly new (not all VAPS members have filled one out) and there are probably a number of collectors who might purchase this game if offered one at the right price. There is one VAPS member looking for a Three Wonders circuit board set. For Sale - There is one VAPS member with an extra Three Wonders circuit board for sale. VAPS members are totally independent of VAPS and the International Arcade Museum, and we are unable to recommend, endorce, or guarantee any person or company selling games or game parts. Rarity is NOT necessarily an indication of value. Some common games show up as very rare here because collectors don't want them (they are common because arcade operators might be sitting on tons of them in warehouses), while some fairly scarce games are grabbed by collectors every time they show up. Additionally, some games made in the last 5 years are still making money for operators and are thus not yet affordable to the typical collector. For a clue to value, compare how many people have this game vs. how many people want this game and then click on the eBay links to help determine an accurate price range. TriviaThe elves in this game appear in Capcom's Marvel Vs. Capcom as helpers.FixesThis game uses a "suicide battery", located on the c-board of the PCB. When this battery dies, the game will no longer operate. You will be greeted with a blank screen upon power-up. A hack exists to revive the game, involving burning one or more new EPROMs and using the c-board from a different CPS-1 game (one that doesn't have a suicide battery).eBay ListingsClick here to automatically search eBay's Arcade, Jukebox, and Pinball categories for the Three Wonders Videogame machine and items related to it.Click here to automatically search eBay's Arcade, Jukebox, and Pinball categories for machines and parts made by Capcom.
